More people than ever are aware of the Coal Ash Crisis poisoning our water, air, and common home. This June, we led a national delegation to Chicago to urge the EPA to adopt a proposed rule change that would mandate a complete cleanup and closure of the Michigan City Generating Station and its toxic coal ash waste, as well as the regulation of every bit of toxic coal ash anywhere in the country.

This is just the beginning; we will not rest until all environmental justice issues across Northwest Indiana have been confronted, and your support is critical to keeping up this fight locally and in solidarity with our national partners over the long run.

The most impactful donations are monthly donations that allow us to budget for long-term objectives like onboarding new community organizers who can bring our work to the next level.
